The dents seemed sort of medium large in the picture, but nothing that wasn't 100% fixable, nor anything that would really keep the tuba from playing. (I only looked once, so listen to others, too.)
This Sear, as many are, might be an Amati/Cervany model 68.
As I recall, the seller was reputable, but was selling "as is".
