Assuming your horn has the original Russian "receiver" (actually a flare with a reinforcing ferrule), you want the standard, 15.2mm shank (Perantucci measures the shank size 15mm down from the widest part of the shank, which is how much of a Perantucci mouthpiece shank sticks out of a PT-6 receiver).
Despite the short distance that a standard mouthpiece goes into a St. Petersburg receiver, the smallest inside diameter of that receiver is about the same size as on a standard receiver, or maybe a bit larger. It might be interesting to try a Hirsbrunner-sized shank with a larger receiver on that tuba.
