If piston, run a "snake" carefully all the way through the mouthpipe into the #1 valve casing (with the #1 piston removed). Be sure it is a PLASTIC-COATED snake, so as not to scratch your #1 valve casing, and be sure to run a lint-free rag through that valve casing to remove all of that mouthpipe crap from there.
If rotary, you need someone experienced to clean out the mouthpipe.
