The word "concert" in front of a note name just means "REALLY that note, and NOT what some transposing instrument (like saxophone, french horn, english horn, string bass, etc.) CALLS that note". Any notes on instruments that DO NOT automatically transpose when they read music (piano, flute, violin, tuba) are always the same exact notes for their "written" notes and their (actual-sounding) "concert" notes.

Here are a few examples:

Eb Alto Saxophone -- written note - middle c
"concert" (sounding) note - Eb below middle c

String Bass -- written note - middle c
"concert" (sounding) note - c below middle c

flute (a "CONCERT" instrument) -- written note - middle c
"concert" (sounding) note - middle c
