There is a book that I have used for some time now to help with rythmnic problems, its called Rythmnical Articulation by Pasquele Bone, I think I spelled that right, its written for bass clef instruments in the cello trombone euph range but it could easily be dropped an octave. The great thing about these studies is that they make you subdivide, there's no way to get through them without subdividing. hope that helps.
