I actually bought one of the 4 valve euphoniums off the auction site made by a similar manufacturer, Lark brand. It had the same design, just scaled down, and the part that bugged me about the design was the right angle immediately after the third valve (going to the fourth valve on the euph, and an even sharper turn.) It had quite a small bore, and the partials all lined up pretty well except for the low Bb, which was almost a B natural. Another of my euph buddies was familiar with these horns, and they were apparently all like that. The seller acutally let me return it to him in Texas. I got it for ~$400, definitely not worth it just to have a horn around.

My advice on the Eb is to just say no.
