I have fallin' in love with my new 2141. I have never played and eifer until last month, and now I know that I have missed out. I haven't fully decided, but I am pretty sure that this is going to be my regular all-purpose horn.
I tried many horns and finally decided that the improved 2141 (mine is a 5000 series, one of the newest) was my best fit. I did not mind the horns that had the compensating or even the 3/4+1 systems (I play a 3+1 euph), but the setup, wrap, playability, response, everything just fit. I also like that the valve set-up (4 piston with thumb rotor 5) is more parallel to the horn that at an angle. It makes for a more comfortable hold for a tall player like me.

There is my 2 cents...enjoy!
