Drum corps-style marching is not military style, Jordan. It is intricate, non-symmetrical forms with nearly constant motion consistent with the music being played. Texas A&M uses a traditional military style known as counter-marching - about the farthest possible example from what I'm talking about. Yes, I have seen many recent Pride shows - you stand more than you move, and you use very symmetrical geometric shapes which are easy to line up. I would wager you use maybe 15-20 sets in a typical three-tune show. Maybe when you get to 40 sets, then you can claim to have "challenging drill." I'm not saying you should be marching DCI shows, but compared to other college bands, you don't move as much or use as intricate of forms.
