That valve section, including the diamond-shaped brace plates, definitely looks King, of course -- but the valve caps don't match, either. 2nd is a typical King cap, but 1 and 3 look like Conn (or Olds, if you consider another stencil).
That bell bothers me. I don't remember seeing a King bell of any brass voice (apart from a mellophone) that has that kind of flare, with so much "flatness" around the rather abrupt hole in the center. King brasses always seem to have a more conical flare. Maybe it's a Conn bell, maybe it's a custom-made thing.
Anyway, I hope this gets cleared up. That thing's got a checkered repair history, and I hope it still plays well.
