I suggest that anyone with a 2900 would be happier with a large shank receiver. Any time one might wish to try a different mouthpipe, all one has to do is simple order a "stock" large shank version, rather than arranging to have a custom "euro" shank version fabricated, waiting, and paying much more.
Further, the choices in this world of "stock" euro shank mouthpieces are extremely limited.
