I used it right, I researched the buyers directly and didn't depend on the e(AT)(AT)(AT) feedback.
The ratings on both "sellers" was uniformly positive. Providing feedback for yourself requires little effort if your goal is to scam others.
"Buyer beware" of e(AT)(AT)(AT) stands. Ebay has been terribly compromised by those wishing to cheat others.
