I've played both in performance situations, enjoyed both, and would be pleased to own either one. Unless you find some characteristic(either good or bad) that just jumps out at you while play-testing, I'd go with the one I could get for the best price. There are several sellers of Willson instruments in the USA, and one source for the Hirsbrunners. Since there is no competetion between different sellers of Hirsbrunner instruments, that may affect the pricing.
