A big CONGRATS out to the University of North Texas School of music, the euphonium studio, and especially to Dr. Brian Bowman.
Another UNT student wins a premier military band job! And AGAIN, another UNT eupher is runner up!
There have been 7 premier band openings for euphonium since 2001. Out of those 7 jobs, 6 of them were won by students of Brian Bowman-- SIX of SEVEN!! Those are amazing results.
Dr. Bowman should be very proud, and so should the current UNT euphonium studio, as well as its alumni. Any playing-career-seeking euphonium student should definitely put UNT at the top of their list!!!
