Miraphones are like any other tuba brand, there are good ones and bad ones. I have never played one that I love, so I don't like them but I have friends that love their Miraphones. Its jsut like anything else, some prefer one thing and another person something else. Such is life. I mean who would have thought that the principal tubist of the New York Phil would play a Gronitz?
