It's Burt's Beeswax Lip Balm, I have some in my pocket right now, and it's the best.
Blistex, the one time I tried it, seemed to make my lips exponentially worse. I use Carmex every night though, and wake up with lips that are not dry. So everyone's mileage may vary. And not everyone lives in near zero percent humidity like I do.
