The reason the wealthy will get more back on a tax cut IS BECAUSE THEY PAY MORE TAXES!
Why is that so hard for people to understand? The middle and lower classes are getting a higher percentage back but it is less than the top money-makers BECAUSE THEY PAY LESS IN TAXES!
