high side. It seems that there will probably have to be an extra round to get from 10 to
1.But are the BSO really intending to appoint this time ? Levine doesn't start there
until Sept 2004 which is still a long way off.If this were to be the case - is there
anything the union could do about this. After all a lot of members have been put to a lot
of ultimately unnecessary time & expense already.
