Your local band library, be it high school or college, is the best source. To my knowledge (which doesn't account for much!) there are no band excerpt collections for tuba. To put a good book together, I'd recommend the article in "The Tuba Source Book" by Marty Erickson and past auditions by D.C. Military Bands to decide what should be included. The classics like Holst Suites, Vaughan-Williams, etc should be included. They might seem easy technically, but there is a lot of music there and they are VERY popular works for band.
