I was told with some authority by the store from which I bought it, Dillon Music, that it was indeed made by Cerveny. It would have been designated a model 786, which is the rose brass version of a 686, except that Cerveny doesn't sell a 786. I no longer have hosting space conveniently available on which to host a photo, but I will email you one. Everything about it is identical in shape and size to a Cerveny 686.
