The Eb fingering charts shown in the TIPS section assume a compensating instrument. To get the non-compensating Eb fingerings, go the F tuba fingering chart and simply transpose the shown pitches down a full step. In other words, F tuba shows 45 for Bb below the staff->45 for Ab on an non-comp 5-valve eefer.
