If the 15 is the CSO York copy that I think you are talking about- the price fron Custom Music was $18,000 about 3 years ago. The valves on the one I'm familiar with are awful and some of the build quality issues that shouldn't be present on a horn of that price ARE . It makes glorius sound, however.
