I'll second the Jacobs recommendation - if you do them right, you REALLY feel the burn after you get done doing them. They'll bring your high register into a whole new realm of suppleness and facility, too. They remind me a lot of the Kopprasch etudes in the sense that they are REALLY hard to play *well* but are totally worth the effort.
