A Google search came up with a description/review of a recording that contains the Prague Waltz and the Czech Suite:

"Slavonic Dances, American Suite, Czech Suite, Prague Waltz, Nocturne; Antal Dorati, Detroit Symphony Orchestra / Decca double Decker 2CDs

"Dvorak's capacity to create gorgeous music was by no means confined to his better known works, case in point this outstanding reissue. It includes no less than four of the composer's least known gems, the Czech Suite, American Suite, Prague Waltz and Nocturne. Despite their collective obscurity, all four are filled with Dvorak's trademark melodic freshness, and all four are rendered in lovely performances, as are the more familiar Slavonic Dances. The full digital Decca sound is superb, making this one of the most rewarding Dvorak CD investments on the market. Very strongly recommended."

Sorry, no info about the printed score.
