The Romance for Harmonica and Strings is basically the second movement of the Tuba Concerto (Romanza). Which was written first, I do not know. I only know this because I heard the work on our local classical music station one day and I'm thinking to myself, "Now what is that piece?" "I know this piece!" Finally it hit me. Now was it exactly the same note for note? I do not know that either. But it was very, very similar.
