Here is the list for the Fran audition. I would imagine that there are people that are weary of auditioning for some of these "big" jobs but, keep in mind that it is just that, a job. It is a profession that recognises talent, hard work, imagination and inspiration. I remember not too long ago an audition for the Met where several "heavies" were supposed to win..turns out Chris Hall, a heavy in his own right, beat them all. If that helps to inspire you, so be it. Listening to negative commentary only does you a disservice. Not everyone will win an audition, that doesn't make you a bad player..just not your turn. Stay positive, stay focused and enjoy the "PLAY"ing aspect of music. Good luck to all.
