I agree with what all the others have to say, but would like to add a couple of things. The routine is important, but make sure that you always have a product in mind. Going blindly through a routine can give you a false sense of security. The physical acts of playing our instruments (as opposed to trumpet or horn) are very natural and require little stress on the musculature. The thing you need to warm up most is the brain and your "inner ear." Often when I find I'm struggling, it is because I don't have a clear goal in mind as to what I'm trying to accomplish or produce.
Also, remember that frustration like this is something we all go through (as does anyone who wants to do anything on a high level). You are definitely not alone!
