Thanks for partially answering Anon's questions. I think, and maybe I'm way off base here, is that many of us have the same questions. I, for example, have been searching for an F tuba for awhile, and haven't found the right horn. Is there a reason you don't want to post these answers on the board?
If you don't mind, Dale, many of us would like to hear more about your Alex, compared and contrasted with a new Alex, and any other horns you may have tried (I know there were a couple of used Yamahas, and some new Mirafones at a retailer in your area). I'm sure you have an interesting insight that many of us could learn from.
