Take a day off and go to the movies. If you think too much about what you're doing, your head will take over and stop the music from flowing. A great teacher (Mr. J.) once said to me: "paralysis through analysis" and "wind and song".
After your day off play some of your favorite etudes, etc. and make beautiful music.
