If I had to replace mine I would look for these options:

Original York masters come up for net auctions. But very rarely.

An older Conn of the same size might also be a good choice. I have an old 4 valve Conn 40K, that I actually find being a better tuba than the YM. Only problem is, that the 40K is a sousaphone.

Modern German front piston tubas. VMI has the 3301 (?). In the 4p+1r version it is the 3302.

Walther Nirsch makes a 4 front piston 4/4 BBb, that Bob Tucci recommended to me.
