Let's say you spend a great deal of your own money(and TIME) to get to the final round, then, they don't pick a winner. How would you feel? This is not like winning a job. You're spending the money(usually without $$$ reward!) whereas with a job, they are going to pay you! I just don't see how not picking a winner is justified by any reason.
