The current pictures look about like the (Austrian factory tooling they bought) stuff that came out in the seventies, which was cr.., well not "greaat" and not built like a tank. I was issued one in high school, and chose (and an obvious choice it was) a leaky King 1240 instead. How much different are the econo/student Miraphones today from when they were originally marketed?
