I am using a Dillon-H1L (I think its like a Schilke Helleburg 2[?]), L is the large shank version, The horn has a Dillon AGR, so I switched out the reciever bit with the larger one. Works great for me, has that same sound as my Conn Helleburg, but I was able to play more consistantly through the register with it, and seemed more stable down low.
The previous owner of this horn used a Canadian Brass-Arnold Jacob model I believe.
