"5.900?¬" is not expressing that the price can be paid in a currency of the buyers liking. Rather it is a sample of the real life outspeeding the ASCII standard. The composite "?¬" sign symbolises the new Euro currency. 5900 Euros would equal something like $5.264 (Disclaimer: I will not be respnsible for any miscalculations and/or fluctuations in exchange rates). Depending on country of the buyer there will be shippeng and taxes of varying sizes.

But to me the biggest mystery of the advertisement remains unsolved:

I can not find a 3/4 CC piston tuba documented on the RM site linked to below.
