I was wondering if anyone would be interested in buying my CC# tuba. I know this may sound a little "out of the ordinary" to some. However, it is quite interesting to play once you get used to it. Works GREAT for transcriptions of K. Hanlon's string quartets. (Much more friendly fingering passages.) I am quitting the tuba, and need to get rid of some stuff, this is the last thing to go.
You know, Roger Bobo once used a G tuba. This is a 4/4 instrument. May not qualify as Beautiful, but definitely a nice horn. Some sloppy soldering where I hacked off the leadpipe and slides, but doesn't seem to affect the tone production drastically.
