Right. The open bugles are:
BBb: 18 feet
CC: 16 feet
Eb: 13.5 feet
F: 12 feet
Bb tenor tuba: 9 feet
C small French tuba: 8 feet
These are not precise, because the effective length of the tube is affected by the size and shape of the bell and taper.
