I switched from a PT-88 to a 30G, and had very positive results. The 30G is a smaller mouthpiece, and I found it much easier to control than the PT-88. I also found the quality of sound I was producing to improve quite noticeably. As with anything else said on the internet, however, I would advise taking my results with a grain of salt and testing the mouthpiece yourself, to see if it is a good match for your sound concept, embouchere, and instrument.
