When I was a student at the University of Kansas, Scott Watson loved to make "Cincinnati Chili." It is basically chili with cinnamon and some other stuff thrown in which destroys perfectly good chili, IMO.
We should seriously consider giving our tuba professors come cookbooks for Christmas.
