I like to use a baking soda/water mixture to clean a satin finish horn. You mix the baking soda and water until you get a "toothpaste like" substance to it, and rub it on the horn with your hands and get spots off with a tooth brush or a brush that won't scratch the finish. Rinse the stuff off your horn with water and your horn will shine and sparkle with it's original brilliance. I'm sure the silver polishes are really good too, but this tends to be cheaper!
