There's not a lot of market for Eb sousas and tubas. That's kinda why I like them... along with the fact that I learned Eb fingerings in the 2nd grade and never bothered to learn anything else. I've got a Reynolds Eb sousa that probably resembles your King very closely. It's got the full two-wrap main branch. I'm not very fond of this configuration as it results in a smaller inside diameter for my larger-than-average body. I also have a Conn, a York, and a Buescher that all have the 'dummy' tube. It's most likely your horn is a student model unless it has more than three valves.
