I don't disagree with your comments. Just adding a different perspective. Maybe a different billing on this type of program would help set the expectation level.
As for where in the program, if not Saturday morning - I wouldn't have heard them since I don't get into town until Friday evening. In an earlier post, I mentioned that I was sorry to miss Sean's recital. But he's young and has a (hopefully) full career ahead of him. I'll get to hear him sooner of later. I now regret that I never did hear Arnold Jacobs or Bill Bell. But I have heard Don Butterfield fight through a cold and the effects of some cold medicine to perform a piece that was very important and meaningful to him. And I don't regret that, not at all.
