I have experience here, and a solution.
I was developing some Carpel from the way I held my Piggy, (way over at an angle to raise my leadpipe)
For those of you that don't know me, I am about 6' 8" with arm about a mile long. I used to play with my wrist bent at an awkward angle, because my valve were at an angle.
what I did was add a coin to each of my first two valves, but it the same time swithched the button and stems on my 3rd and 4th valves. this put the valve at a nice angle, with enabled me to hold my wrist staight and I have not had any problems since.
