Joe owns and operates Mid-South Music in Memphis. Yes, he is an artist. But unless he has changed his policy lately, he only works on customer horns that he sold. Apparently, he wants to have a life in addition to working his butt off.
But it seems a shame for all that talent to be wasted on school rentals.
