I had the inauguration stuff on in the back today while trying get a 20K sousaphone ready to (coincidentally) ship off to a D.C. area school.
I am quite aware of it having been cold as the dickens, of the wind gusting around the Mall area (as always), and of the nasty drizzle. HOWEVER, ALL of the service bands that I heard (through the 3" speaker on my T.V./radio/cassette thing) sounded like $1,000,000.
What an honor and a priviledge to be a member of one of those ensembles.
