The best grease I've ever used is Schilke Grease, but whether it's being made any more or not is questionable. It is the freest grease I've ever used and stays on for about a month. If you can get it, use it. Otherwise, I use Lube Gel, which is a little thicker and needs to be applied more often, but a little bit goes a long way and it's extremely cheap ($4?). Available at all Radio Shacks.
