A quick way, if you don't mind doing a little computer work is this: Find a midi file of the song you want. Open it with a program that can notate midi files (finale, cakewalk, or a share/freeware program you can download off of www.download.com). You should see a number of staves with different parts (one for melody, harmony, bass, drums, etc). For a duet, delete all the staves with music you don't need (i.e. drums). Then change the clef and key of the remaining staves to fit the instrumentation. If you've never done this before, it can get somewhat frustrating, but it gives you access to a whole load of notated music (I have used it to notate interludes for variety shows, pep band, etc).
