I am from the Seattle area, but living in Atlanta currently. I know that euphers are hard to find around there. You might try the 56th Army Band at Fort Lewis and see if there is anyone there that will be in town for a while. The number is (253)967-4304. Also, the Army National Guard Band down in the same area. That phone number is (253)512-8828/8381. The Tacoma Concert Band, Federal Way Community Band, PLU and UPS are also places where you might find a eupher or two.
