As stated below, a the cause of a double buzz is a weakness in the embouchure, but what hasn't been mentioned yet is that if you play too much upper register (compared to lower register), one muscle will be weaker than the other. Take some time to make sure that you're playing both upper and lower registers evenly. Do you two horns in different keys (C and F)? Have you been spending too much time on one of them? If you practice one horn, you should practice the other, or a double buzz may become apparent. Divide your practice time evenly between your two horns.
