Small Parts needed for Besson Euph

My latest project horn just walked in the door, and I need a few parts. If anyone has these lying around, drop me a line.

The horn appears to be a Besson Imperial/Sovereign compensating euphonium, made in 1974.

Here's what I need:

Valve stem for 4th valve.
Finger button for 4th valve--this horn has the typical Besson finger buttons with angled sides.
Hold-down plate and screw for fourth valve.
