Man, I just played a S186 5 valve at Brookmays that really played great. The bore size is a little smaller than you requested, but as others have said, don't put much stock in bore sizes. Brand new, it is less than $5000, but I don't know about the case. Matt at dillion should be able find you a real nice used horn if that is what you want.
