Walter Sear imported tubas and put his name on them. One make that he imported was Cerveny; so if it looks like a Cerveny it most likely is a Cerveny. The first tuba that I owned was a Walter Sear. I sold this this tuba and it is now (for 25 years) being played by an excellent amaeture in a community band, that musician still likes it.
